We are here to help with any questions you may have.
We file insurance as a service to all our patients but we do require payment of your estimated copay at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks and cash. Debit and health flex cards can be used with some restrictions. In addition, we partner with CareCredit®, a leader in patient financing, to provide no-interest payment plans. CareCredit® requires a simple application prior to your dental visit (www.carecredit.com) or contact our office for assistance.
We understand that endodontic treatment is an investment in both time and resources and you will have the opportunity to discuss these variables when visiting our office.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Note that there is a wide variance in insurance coverage due to the negotiated contract between employer and insurance company. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (207) 494-7301 . Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
To help us file your dental claim most efficiently, please provide the following:
- Current dental insurance card with address, ID and group number.
- Policyholder/Insured name, birth date, ID/SSN, address and phone number.
We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
